Hybrid-Reinforced SiC Kiln Furniture is a revolutionary refractory product independently developed by Tynason. Through three technological breakthroughs – nano-hybrid composite architecture, in-situ glass-ceramic barrier formation, and grain boundary engineering – this series delivers performance comparable to pure silicon carbide while significantly reducing material costs.

The product features a matrix of Ningxia black silicon carbide (β-SiC ≥92%) reinforced with mullite whiskers and andalusite needles, creating a crack-deflection toughening mechanism that extends service life under the most demanding conditions.
