Description of Tynason Ceramic fiber board
Tynason Ceramic fiber board is a heavy-duty, high-temperature insulation material made from aluminosilicate fibers and organic/inorganic binders. Think of it as the "industrial-strength drywall" of the heat world-it's rigid, lightweight, and capable of withstanding extreme thermal environments that would melt or crack standard materials.
High Temperature Resistance: Depending on the grade, it can handle continuous operating temperatures from 1260°C to upwards of 1430°C
Low Thermal Conductivity: It is incredibly efficient at "stopping" heat, which helps in energy conservation and maintaining consistent internal temperatures.
Thermal Shock Resistance: Unlike refractory bricks, ceramic fiber board won't crack if the temperature drops or rises rapidly.
Machinability: You can easily cut, saw, or drill it with standard woodworking tools (though you'll definitely want a mask for the dust).
