Glass Furnace Big Clay Brick Description:

Process: Vibration molding. The special refractory castable is placed in specific moulds, vibrated with a large flat vibration table, and the semi-finished product is dried and fired at high temperature, and then processed by cutting and grinding.

Main raw materials: The flint clay(particles) produced in Zibo, Al2O3 content is about 44%, Fe2O3<2%. The composition is stable, the texture is uniform, the structure is dense, the section is shell-like and white, and it is used for the production of high-quality clay refractories.
